Getting Your Tuning Forks to You

How Quickly We Send Things Out:

We aim to get your tuning forks packed and on their way to you as soon as possible. If we have the tuning forks you ordered in our warehouse, we usually ship them within 3 working days. We use either UK Royal Mail or Parcelforce Couriers to deliver your order.

How Long Delivery Takes:

• Within the UK (Tracked Service): Royal Mail aims to deliver tracked items within 2 to 3 working days after we ship them.
• International Orders (Air Mail): For orders going outside the UK, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 working days after we ship them. Please remember that the exact time can depend on where in the world you are.
• Things That Might Cause a Slight Delay: Now and then, we might be away from the office attending an event, workshop, or retreat. If you place an order while we're away, there might be a few extra days before we can ship it. We'll always do our best to let you know if this is the case.
• Delivery Time Varies: Please keep in mind that the time it takes for your order to arrive can depend on how much your order weighs and the country it's going to.

 

Delivery Costs

The cost of delivering your order will depend on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. Here's a general guide to our delivery options and their associated costs:

• UK Deliveries:
• Royal Mail Tracked: £4.95
• International Deliveries: The cost of international delivery will be calculated based on the destination country and the weight of your order. You will see the specific delivery cost at checkout before you complete your purchase.  Current estimates for Europe are £14.95 and Worldwide £23.95.
